"Working for Omni was a great experience. I spent close to a full year being employed and truly learned a lot about health care, caregiving, loss, mental health and physical mobility and impairments, and overall the importance of providing the best client care and services to all members needing the care. The management at Omni were always maintaining such amazing open and honest communication when challenges came up, when support was needed, advocacy, and awareness in order to provide all the clients, including their employees, with best quality care in a safe and healthy environment for all.
