Hi Brett and Walter - I wanted to finally take the time to send you a proper thank you and review of your services. In short, they were outstanding! The care and attention you provided to my father after he fell and broke his hip was incredible and heartwarming. Your confidence and experience put our family at ease since we were not in Palm Springs and did not know the services, hospitals and specialists to contact. You took care of all arrangements, helped get him to the best PT hospital, managed his 24/7 staffing needs and meals, and continued with the same care after he was discharged and returned to his home. The in-home catering was also a huge plus! And you safely got him on a plane to return to the Northwest when it was time to finish for the season. Incredible! Thank you from all of our family with the deepest gratitude and appreciation. We would absolutely work with your company again and will highly recommend you to anyone we can.

Forever grateful for OMNI Senior Services
My family connected with OMNI Senior Services two short days before my mother would be discharged from the hospital to home hospice. We needed to set up 24/7 care quickly so Walter and Brett from OMNI met us at my parents' house for a walkthrough to determine what medical equipment would be needed and how we should rearrange furniture. They did the leg work of interfacing with hospice directly to get everything set and the next day met the transport ambulance at our house to ensure my mother's arrival home was smooth and to make sure that their caregiver was fully up to speed. The caregivers they provided were superb - smart, communicative, attentive, detailed and compassionate toward both my mother and our family. Brett gave us his cell number to call at any time, even stating "call at 3am if you need - we're here for you." Candy, an OMNI caregiver, was present with us when my mother passed. Her knowledge, experience and steady temperament played a vital role in ensuring a comfortable, peaceful transition for my mother. My family will forever be grateful for the support and care OMNI Senior Services provided my mother. We truly couldn't have made it through her last days without them. Thank you. Dear Walter and Brett,
Thank you for helping Jorge and me to arrange various medical services in the recent past. As you recall I was in need of immediate transports and around the clock care for a number of weeks. Being new to the valley we were desperate to find assistance by quality professionals. Thank goodness my discharge professional at Eisenhower Medical recommended you for my specific needs. You read us perfectly in order to assign caregivers that fit not only our needs but our personalities. Had I not had these specific ladies I believe my recovery time would have been considerably longer. We wish you all the best and will recommend you to friends should they ever need similar services.

We reached out to Omni Senior Services when our niece entered hospice care after a long battle with stage 4 breast cancer. They were recommended by the hospice team to provide caregiving services needed along side the hospice care. Our niece was bed bound and required quite a bit of care. We found Brett Shepard extremely easy to work with and he personally assessed our nieces needs to determine the frequency of care she needed. Since we do not live in the Palm Desert area, we entrusted Omni with the task of arranging the help and then monitoring her needs and increasing the hours required as she progressively declined. This was extremely important since her only caregiver was her 86 year old mother. The caregivers that arrived were thoughtful, caring and fully committed to her every need. And by extension allowed our sister time to rest and have peace of mind that her daughter would be comfortable in her remaining weeks. We wholeheartedly recommend Omni Senior Services...they came through for us in every way.

Brett and Walter did a wonderful job in finding a great assisted living facility for my uncle! They were able to recommend first class facilities and did the "leg work" for us.
