Our referral service at Omni Senior Services is designed to assist families in finding the right living arrangement for their loved ones. We understand that finding the right living situation can be a difficult and emotional process, which is why we are here to help.
Here's how our senior placement service works:

Initial consultation: We begin by conducting an initial consultation with the family to understand the needs and preferences of their loved one. This includes information about their medical conditions, mobility, and any other special needs they may have.

Assessing options: Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, we assess the different options available and provide the family with a list of suitable living arrangements that match their loved one's needs and preferences.

Touring facilities: We will arrange tours of the facilities that have been selected and accompany the family during the tour so that we can answer any questions they may have.

Making a decision: After touring the facilities, the family will be able to make an informed decision about the best living arrangement for their loved one.

Move-in assistance: Once the family has made a decision, we will assist them with the move-in process, including coordinating with the facility and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.

Ongoing support: Our service doesn't end with the move-in. We will continue to provide ongoing support to the family, ensuring that their loved one is settled in and that their needs are being met.
Our goal is to make the process of finding the right living arrangement as stress-free as possible for families, while also ensuring that their loved one is placed in a safe and comfortable environment that meets their unique needs.
In-Home Care Service
Our in-home care services at Omni Senior Services provide personalized assistance to individuals who need help with daily living activities. Our services are designed to help clients maintain their independence and improve their quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.
Our care services include, but are not limited to:
• Assistance with personal care such as bathing, dressing and grooming
• Medication reminders and monitoring
• Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
• Assistance with mobility, such as transferring and ambulation
• Assistance with light housekeeping and laundry
• Assistance with errands, such as grocery shopping and transportation to appointment
We understand that every client has unique needs, so we work closely with each client and their family to create a care plan that addresses their specific needs and preferences. We also regularly reassess the care plan to ensure that it continues to meet the client's changing needs.
Our caregivers are carefully screened, trained, and supervised to ensure that they provide the highest level of care and attention to our clients. They are also required to pass background checks and ongoing training to ensure that they are up-to-date on the latest care practices.
